Budgeting and Budget Management
After the assessment of project implementation costs, we draft a comprehensive cost estimate for your approval. Strict budget management in the course of the project prevents additional costs and helps us stay within the approved budget.
Design and Planning
We provide design and planning services. The client receives visual materials, everything from the idea and examples to technical drawings. We create the rules for a uniform style and its maintenance.
Advertising Production Management
We ensure a smooth process of the projects: we responsibly select suppliers and producers, monitor the selection of quality materials and production processes, carry out thorough quality controls and ensure that the deadlines are observed.
Time and Deadline Management
We make sure that the planned deadlines set for all project processes are observed. As agreed with the client in advance, we regularly inform them about the project process, the work completed and the work still under way.
Document Drafting and Coordination of Designs
We coordinate the designs of advertising signboards with the Local Authority and draft documents on behalf of all the parties participating in the project.
Management and Supervision of Installation Works
We organise installation works, making sure they are carried out by qualified workers and in line with occupational safety rules. As agreed with the client in advance, we regularly inform them about the project process, the work completed and the work still under way.
Warranty
We provide warranty for the works performed and items produced. Upon the client’s request, we can offer supervision and maintenance services after the implementation of the project.

The most suitable interior finish materials and technologies were chosen to fulfil the project. Also, full coordination of sub-contractors’ work was performed, as well as signing of the contracts.

Interior decoration works were carried out in close cooperation with architects and a creative agency. We managed the production and installation works of the main branding signboard, office visual decoration works, the process of general labelling of premises and glass partitions, as well as implemented other interior solutions.

Here, we have carried out production management of advertising signboards and their installation works, have drafted interior and exterior design documents and have coordinated them with the Local Authority. As a representative of the shopping mall, within the scope of the submitted list of requirements, we carried out quality control of the advertising signboards produced by the tenants and supervised the deadlines for signboard installation.
Lithuanian Railways
The Largest Railway Group in the Baltic States
In close cooperation with creative and communication agencies specialising in re-branding, we changed the main advertising signboards of the Company Group at Vilnius Railway Station (completing the installation works overnight). We prepared the detailed design of indoor and outdoor advertising signboards and coordinated it with the Local Authority. The wrapping of the passenger train was completed in just two days, thus completely changing the colour of the train.

Our achievements include composite advertising presentation works, the development of a detailed design of visual presentation of the business centre, of the signage system and the system of labelling of premises and parking facilities. Moreover, we have performed production management of advertising measures and their installation works.
MO Museum
In close cooperation with architects and a creative agency, we have performed interior and exterior labelling works, implemented the visual presentation of the exhibition, developed and implemented the signage systems, have carried out overall labelling of premises and the labelling of glass partitions, and have implemented other interior solutions.
